Refund/Cancellation Policy

All fees are non refundable. Cancellation fee of $50 is imposed if cancelled in less than 24 hours.

Next Steps

Vendors will be contacted within 2 days regarding if they have been accepted into the craft fair. Once accepted the vendor fee will be due. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.


This craft fair accepts handmade crafters, food vendors, and direct sellers.

Vendor Fee

This craft fair is limited to 25 in-person vendors only In-person vendor fee: $30 Virtual vendor fee: $15 *If you are already listed as a virtual vendor, you will not have to pay an additional virtual vendor fee. But if you wish to be an in-person vendor then you must pay the in-person vendor fee.*

How will this event be advertised?

We will be running advertisements through Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. As well as Google Ads with a possible segment on Good Day Sacramento. More to come on that!

How does this work?

This virtual event is set to try to simulate an in person craft fair. Every vendor will have their own vendor page that has their bio, pictures of their products and links to their websites where customers can buy their products. This is also a great place to list any discounts or special promotions that you are having. This website will always be up and a way for you to drive traffic to your business. Every vendor will also have a virtual booth using the Hopin platform. You will be able to stream continuously to your virtual booth for the duration of the craft fair. People can drop in, share their video, and check out what you have to offer. Here are some examples of the vendor page. Click the far left bubble to view an example of the vendor space.

Vendor Space

The vendor space is a page where customers can go to get a snapshot of your business including about you and the type of products that you sell. If a customer is interested in your business then they can click the link from this vendor page to go directly to your website to view your products and learn even more about your business. The vendor space will be setup by Shaquarrius Calloway Events and be approved by you. You will submit the photos, links, and bio/description information that you want to be added to your vendor space. We would add this for you and let you know when it's done. From there you would be able to make suggestions about anything that you wish to have changed. If it looks good then you do not have to take any further action.

How big is the booth space?

ONLINE BOOTH SPACE Your virtual booth space will be medium sized. All of the booth spaces will be the same size. If you would like to have a biigger booth space which makes it more noticeable and more likely for folks to click on it then you can upgrade for $10. These are limited to 5 online booths only. IN-PERSON BOOTH SPACE The in-person booth spaces are 8x10 and will be outdoors.


How does this craft fair work?

This craft fair is a hybrid of online and in-person. If you do not wish to come in person you can still participate in the online portion. Once you have registered for your free or VIP ticket, you will be sent a link to access the virtual booth spaces for each vendor. You will only be able to see everything once the event goes live on December 5th. In the meantime, you can always browse the vendors on this site and support small businesses that way.

What's included in the VIP ticket?

1. A box of goodies from NATI wines which you can have either shipped to you or pick it up. 2. Reserved parking at the craft fair 3. Early access to the craft fair at 10am. 4. $5 of each ticket purchased will be donated to the Children's Receiving Home of Sacramento. 5. 2 entries into regular giveaway & 2 entries in VIP giveaway *Must be a VIP ticket holder to be entered into the VIP raffle*
